WHAT TO EXPECT ON BOARD
A genuine sea fishing experience
Our boats are purpose-built working fishing boats rather than pleasure or sightseeing boats. You’ll be fishing from an open deck, with the layout and seating varying between vessels.
The boats naturally move with the sea, and conditions outside Padstow Harbour can feel very different from those inside the harbour. We recommend warm layers, waterproofs and sensible footwear, even when the weather looks good on shore.
Our skippers and crew are there to get you set up, show you what to do and help throughout the trip, so beginners and families are very welcome.
Sea Fishing Trips from Padstow, Cornwall
Emma Kate offers a range of sea fishing trips from Padstow on the North Cornwall coast, from 2-hour Mackerel and 4-hour Wreck & Reef trips to full days at sea and specialist Bluefin Tuna fishing.
Our experienced local skippers use their knowledge of the tides, weather, sea conditions and fishing grounds to decide where and how we fish on the day. All rods, reels, tackle and bait are included, and beginners are very welcome. Experienced anglers can also bring their own equipment.
Fishing varies throughout the season and catches can never be guaranteed. If you're unsure which trip is right for you, get in touch and we'll be happy to advise.
